We Honor Veterans is a National Hospice and Palliative Care program in which NorthCare Hospice is a proud partner. The purpose of this program is to continue to honor our Veterans at the end of their lives. The We Honor Veterans program involves the education of our staff and the community, special events honoring our Veterans for their service, and volunteering to serve our Veteran men and women.

NorthCare Hospice offers a Veteran to Veteran volunteer program in which Veterans can serve in a multitude of ways; transporting patients, making keepsake quilts for patients and their families, friendly patient visits, help with light house cleaning, and our "No Veteran Dies Alone" program.
