NorthCare Hospice provides training for volunteers. We want to be sure each volunteer has the education and skills for his or her job. At our trainings, volunteers have an opportunity to ask questions, interact with other volunteers and to meet our volunteer coordinators.

Periodically throughout the year, we offer volunteer educational opportunities.

On Campus Training
Our trainings are usually held from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. in the Health Center North building on the campus of North Kansas City Hospital, 2900 Clay Edwards Drive, North Kansas City, Missouri. Drinks, snacks and lunch are provided. Casual dress.

Additional off campus training sites or one-on-one trainings can be arranged for the convenience of groups and individuals. Contact Volunteer Services to register for training or request additional information at (816) 691-5119 or email volunteer@northcarehospice.org.
